Nexa Tourism LLC is a licensed travel and tourism service provider based in Dubai, UAE.
These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, by phone, email, or in person.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified) must be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, or approved installment plans (if available).
In the event of non-payment or partial payment, Nexa Tourism reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

3. Travel Documents

Clients must ensure they hold valid passports, visas, ID cards, and any other required documentation.
Nexa Tourism can assist with visa services but is not liable for any visa denials, delays, or errors caused by external authorities.
The responsibility of complying with immigration, customs, and health regulations lies solely with the traveler.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the type of service (e.g., flights, hotels, visa, tours).
Clients are advised to check specific cancellation terms before confirming any booking.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14–30 working days after deducting applicable charges.
No refunds are provided for no-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations.

5. Amendments & Changes

Any changes to confirmed bookings (dates, names, itinerary, etc.) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply depending on supplier policies and the nature of the change.
Nexa Tourism is not responsible for changes imposed by airlines, hotels, or tour operators due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Nexa Tourism acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).
We are not liable for injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to any act or omission of third parties.
We are not responsible for any losses due to natural disasters, flight delays, political unrest, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
All information on our website is provided in good faith and is subject to change without notice.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers obtain travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, baggage loss, and other possible risks.
Nexa Tourism does not offer direct compensation for any incidents not covered under the services booked.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Personal data will only be shared with service partners for the purpose of fulfilling your travel requirements.

9. Customer Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information at the time of booking.
Clients must ensure they arrive on time for tours, transfers, or flights. Delays due to customer negligence are not the responsibility of Nexa Tourism.
Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe may result in the termination of services without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
